In a democracy, nothing is more important than voter participation. RI Vote! is designed to help every citizen know where, when and how to vote. RI Vote! is a statewide, grassroots voter education and outreach program  with initiatives directed to military voters (RI Troops Vote!), first  time voters (First Voters!) and youth (Youth Vote!).

RI Vote! includes an intense Voter Information Outreach Campaign which will inform people on how and where to register and vote, and educate them on the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) related requirements.  This program includes partnerships with community-based organizations that can use educational materials prepared by the Office of the Secretary of State. Services available under RI Vote! include:
