To file online using Visa, MasterCard or American Express, click on the link provided below. In order to file online, you must use your unique Customer Identification Number (CID) and PIN number. These numbers are provided to each entity at the beginning of your annual report filing period.

Please use our Corporate Database to verify your entity status prior to filing the annual report form.  If your entity status has been revoked, you cannot file for reinstatement online. Contact us at corporations@sec.state.ri.us or 401-222-3040 for help.

The fillable form is easy to use. Due to the built-in prompts, there are just a few instances in which your filing could be rejected.  Here is a list of the most common reasons for rejection.  We will contact you via e-mail if your annual report is rejected for any reason.

IMPORTANT: Once you have submitted your annual report form, please check your entity record using our Corporate Database to make sure your annual report has been accepted and that an image of your filing is available for viewing. If your annual report has not been posted within two business days, please use our Rejected Document Viewer, or login to your account using your CID and PIN numbers for additional filing information.
